Lorie Honeycutt is the new CTE Coordinator for the Yuma Union High School District. She has over 13 years of CTE teaching experience in three different CTE program areas, 6 years assisting with work at the CTE district office, and 32 years in business in the Yuma area. Lorie is a third generation Yuman and farms with her husband and family in the Wellton-Mohawk Irrigation District. She is a published author and nationally recognized speaker who spends her spare time practicing cross fit and knitting.
Janet Hill has been the CTE Director for 15 years and BMAS teacher for 18 years at Antelope Union High School. Ms. Hill moved to Arizona from Montana where she also taught Business classes in small high schools. She graduated from Northern Montana College with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Secondary Education, with a double major in Business Education and Physical Education (K-12). She became vocationally certified by attending summer school at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff in 1998. Other duties while Antelope have included Volleyball coach, Softball coach and FBLA advisor. Ms. Hill is determined to equip her students to develop academic and workplace skills so they have an opportunity to be an asset in today's workplace.
